The HTA LHCP Solicitation/Application Kit, Required Forms and Other Resources are available to download.

The Solicitation/Application Kit is downloadable in its entirety.  The LHCP Application Kit includes the Solicitation, Application Kit and an Excerpt of the Hawaiian Culture Initiative from the Hawaii Tourism Strategic Plan 2005 - 2015.

The Required Forms, as listed in the Application Kit, are available in PDF fillable or word documents.  Applicants can access these forms electronically to complete, print and submit with application. 

Other Resources are tools applicants can access to use as part of the application process.
